For hygiene and cleanliness, it is recommended that you have your toilet serviced at least once per month.
It is compulsory on all building sites to have portable toilets serviced and maintained on a regular basis. Eco Liquid Waste provide programmed servicing/maintenance of portable toilets and also offer an “On demand service”. Most portable toilet pump & clean servicing is completed within 48-72 hours unless pre-arranged.
What do when you require a pump and clean of your portable toilets:
• Contact Eco Liquid Waste on 1300 132 731
• Advise the Eco Liquid Waste’s team if you require one of our or your own portable toilets pumped
• Make sure clear access is available on site
• Make sure the site is NOT locked

Trucks must be able to get within 25 metres of the portable toilet. If your portable toilet is further away than 25 metres, please advise our team as additional costs may apply and the truck may require additional equipment to complete the service to your tank.
If your site is steep or wet with the chance a truck could get bogged, please our team.
Sites that are not accessible by our trucks on arrival may incur a wasted call out charge.
Some portable toilets may require some additional water to assist with the cleaning. If you do not have water available on site or you have tank water which you do not want us to use, please advise our team so other arrangements can be made.
If you have a muddy site, you as the hirer will be responsible for any dirt on the road or driveway. Eco Liquid Waste will not be responsible for the clean up. You will liable for any towing costs if our trucks get bogged due to poor ground conditions.
When manoeuvring trucks on site, our drivers have blind spots where we cannot see small objects. Keep all children and animals inside and away from our trucks at all times while our team is on site.
It takes approximately 15 minutes to pump out and clean the inside of a portable toilet.
If we attend a site and the gates are locked, our driver is instructed not to access your site. You will be charged for a wasted call out.

Eco Liquid Waste Removal are an accredited EPA agent licenced to remove 30XY prescribed waste, as well as grease trap, car wash and triple intercept waste material.
